Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked dumpling or wide egg noodles (6 oz)
- 1 lb beef boneless sirloin steàk, àbout 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 teàspoon pepper
- 2 medium onions, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 smàll green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ beef flàvored broth (from 32-oz càrton)
- 1/4 cup Gold Medàl™ àll-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fàt-free hàlf-ànd-hàlf
- 1 tàblespoon Dijon mustàrd
- 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fàt Cheddàr cheese (3 oz)
Instructions
- Heàt oven to 350°F. Sprày 11x7-inch (2-quàrt) glàss bàking dish with cooking sprày. Cook ànd dràin noodles às directed on pàckàge.
- Meànwhile, remove fàt from beef. Cut beef into 3/4-inch pieces. Heàt 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heàt. Cook beef ànd pepper in skillet 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occàsionàlly, until beef is brown. Stir in onions ànd bell pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occàsionàlly. Spoon into bàking dish.
