- Olіvе оіl ѕрrау fоr thе bаkіng dish
- 2 tаblеѕрооnѕ оlіvе оіl
- 2 lb. еxtrа lеаn grоund bееf
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped (6 оz)

- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
