THIS VEGAN TAHINI FETA DIP IS QUICK, UNCOMPLICATED, MIND-BLOWINGLY FLAVORFUL, AND THE PERFECT SPRING APPETIZER. ALL YOU NEED IS A FOOD PROCESSOR, 10 MINUTES, AND 11 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS.?

INGREDIENTS:


1 16-oz block fïrm tofu (NOT drâïned)
1/2 cup refïned coconut oïl (melted)
1/4 cup Soom tâhïnï
3 Tbsp wâter or vegetâble broth
2 Tbsp kâlâmâtâ olïve brïne
1 Tbsp lemon juïce
1 Tbsp âpple cïder vïnegâr
1 lârge clove gârlïc, mïnced
1.5 tsp seâ sâlt
1/2 tsp ground blâck pepper
1/2 tsp onïon powder
fresh pârsley (optïonâl, for gârnïsh)

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Add âll ïngredïents to your food processor ând process on â low speed for âbout 3-4 mïnutes, stoppïng to scrâpe the sïdes âs needed. The mïxture wïll get reâlly smooth ând shïny towârds the end whïch ïs whât we wânt!Trânsfer thïs mïxture to â bowl or contâïner, cover, ând plâce ït ïn the frïdge for ât leâst 1 hour to set.

2. When you're reâdy, remove the dïp from the frïdge ând sprïnkle wïth some chopped fresh pârsley to mâke ït âll pretty. Serve wïth pïtâ chïps, cucumbers + other veggïes, olïves, grâpes, etc. And most ïmportântly, enjoy!
