INGREDIENTS
- 0.5 cup unsweet ill-flavored applesauce
- One 1/4 mug oat flour (rolled oats ground within a blender)
- 0.5 cup nondairy milk
- Two tsps juice of lemons
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking natural powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda pop
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- One tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Combine almost all ingredients within a blender.
- Mix till mixed. Don’t more than blend.
- Temperature a nonstick skillet more than medium-high temperature.
